SUNDAY SCHOOL.

​Young boys and girls, grades 9 through 12, are invited to participate in the Rev. W. Marshall Myles Oratorical Contest.

​Guidelines for the speeches are provided in advance to the contestants.  Participants are judged and monetary gifts are awarded to the contestants.

​The 2015 1st Place Winner was Jalen Butler

​The 2016 1st Place Winner was Allen Taylor

The 2017 1st Place Winner was Madison Henderson

  • An intensive four-week reading and math program primarily for fourth and fifth grade boys
  • Breakfasts and lunches are provided
  • Classroom instruction by a certified Master Teacher.
  • Classes are scheduled for 7:30 am - 1:30 pm
  • Classes begin June 4, 2018

Each year we hold a one-day motivational seminar that features local personalities who are assured to captivate the attention of our youth.

​Previous speakers have been Coach Johnnie Jones and Southern University football player, Lenard Tillery.

​The youth were entertained to a memorable mentoring experience.
